Located inside The Little Nell hotel and resort is Element 47, which has different opening and closing hours for every season.

"Element 47" is silver. The name is a tribute to silver mining, which is what first gave life to Aspen. In 2015, element 47 received its first 5-Star Restaurant Award.

Element 47 provides accommodations for guests with any food allergies, intolerances or dietary restrictions. They serve locally acquired fruits and vegetables, as well as Wagyu beef.

On their dinner menu is Colorado Lamb Loin and Dry-Aged Duck Breast. They also offer craft beers and wine by the glass.

Their bar menu consists of soups, salads and sandwiches.
