Justice Snow’s Restaurant and Bar is located within the Wheeler Opera House building, at the corner of East Hyman Avenue and South Mill Street. The exterior of this historic buiding combines Romanesque Revival with Italianate architecture, and the building itself, a little over a hundred years old, is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

Named after a prominent Justice of the Peace in Aspen during the 1880s, the Justice Snow's restaurant space was renovated in 2012 by set designer Matt Duncan. As a result, the restaurant has a vintage feel and an anntique ambiance, but with all the modern amentities today's guests expect.

Justice Show's serves lunch and dinner, with the menus changing seasonally. Ingredients are locally sourced whenever possible. Snacks, salads and soups, and entrees such as grilled New York Strip Steak and Slow Roasted Colorado Lamb Shank are on offer.

Their extensive menu of cocktails includes rare spirits, everything from classic to customized mixed drinks, mocktails, hot drinks and wines.

Justice Snow’s has earned a host of awards, including OpenTable’s 2015 Diner’s Choice list, Playboy Magazine’s Best Bar List and Food & Wine Magazine's Best Bars in the U.S. for 2014.
