Kenichi Aspen, located at the corner of Hopkins and Hunter streets, has been serving contemporary Asian cuisine, including sushi, since 1991.

The menu includes such delicacies as eggplant dengaku, dynamite shrimp, and sansho calamari for starters; and entrees such as ahi pepper steak, chilean seabass shioyaki, and mustard sumiso skuna bay salmon.
